Panini, soup, and cookies are good. The salads are not. The coffee is above average. At lunch the room is packed worse than the subway at rush hour. The staff are friendly, but the orders are slow to come out.

Great cold brew, although it somewhat unfortunately only comes in a small size. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are absolutely amazing. Don't miss out!

Although the rating isn't that great, I personally love this place. Their coffee is smooth, not overly strong or bitter and their espresso drinks are tasty. The decor is OK...very modern open space with few comfortable seating areas. I like the staff a lot at the William Street location...the same guy with a beard who always wears a winter cap makes the best lattes - cold or hot.
