I was referred to Blue Ribbon by a good friend who is a realtor and spoke very highly of Anthony. It was not too long into taking the class that I realized everything she said about Anthony was true. He presented the material in order of importance in a way that made it easy to absorb the information. He suplimented the information with real life scenerios based on his own extensive professional experience. I passes the final with flying colors and passed the state test on the first attempt. I will recommend to Blue Ribbion to anyone who wants to get into real estate. Money well spent!

If you're looking for a career in real estate or are just knowledge hungry. Blue Ribbon Real Estate School should be the only one that comes to mind. I was one of the first graduating class. The instructor which is also the director of the school is the best of the best. Very well spoken and very knowledgeable on every real estate aspect. I took the course in a three weeks span and even tho it was a lot of information the days flew by. I was able to pass the course exam and state exam in one shot. I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Real Estate School.

Having taken Anthony's class for real estate salesperson's licensure, I was well prepared to take the N.J. State Exam. I passed on my first try with plenty of time to spare! Anthony's focus was our class's success, individually and collectively. He made the several hours of class enjoyable with his fun and engaging teaching style and by sharing interesting, real-life stories and situations from his own real estate experiences. With his study guide, class quizzes, chapter tests and reviews, you are given all the tools necessary to pass the class and the state exam. He also kept the class motivated by sending inspiring emails and messages, especially when encouragement was much needed! I consider myself very fortunate to have had him as my instructor and hope someday our paths will cross again! Thank you, Anthony! :)

Genius! What can I say, he’s Entrepreneur, and a Real Estate Entrepreneur at that. Any School is only as good as it’s Teachers. This guy lives, breathes and embodies real estate. He’s extremely energetic and a class A Act! As soon as he starts, he’s captivating and therefore, learning is fun and enjoyable. He’s got the class cracking up and actually wanting more and more every day. I couldn’t believe it. I always looked forward to the class and I’m not exactly a scholar.

I had the pleasure to learn from Anthony. Everything he gave us, not just the typical lecture, but quizzes and additional material to help me pass my salesperson license, was exactly what I needed. Even then, he will go out of his way to find out about something he didn't know and pass the information along. Truly one of a kind instructor.
