Absolutely horrible experience. It was so hard getting into contact with Jacob Roberts. After getting the run around and trying to get into contact with him, he finally responded after the second application called him. He also told me that the third application was not paid for so I resubmitted an application and paid again. After a few days I looked at my credit card statement and noticed that it was charged twice. After trying to reach him almost every day, he finally responded when we (my fiance and I) called from another number. When we asked for a refund of the application fees, he refused but said he was going to send me an email. He did not say what the email contained. I informed him that I was going to be contacting my lawyer. Be very careful doing business with this Realty. If I were you, I would not do business with this Realtor. This is my first experience trying to get an apartment and it has really scarred me.
