I made an appointment for a facial weeks ago. The appointment was for Tuesday, August 6th, at 10:00AM. When I arrived at the place, it was closed. They do not open till 12:00 noon. I would think that the person booking the appointments would know the business hours. I would also think that the facialist would check her appointments and call if something was wrong. I will be going elsewhere for a facial.

I went to this spa by myself and had a great experience. Told my friends about it and they could not wait to go. Made appointments for us over a month and we could not wait. Just called today to confirm and they didnt have appointments on the books. The owner Sheila did not even try to help correct this error. The people that were coming with me are coming from out of town and took the weekend off for this exerience that will never happen. I explained this to her and she could care less. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of the POOR customer service. I recommend you keep your money and go to a place this is more customer friendly and try to correct any errors they made.
