I was lucky enough to find out about Blue Earth IT Services from my school. Being a student, when your computer goes, it really is “the end of the world.” The IT technician was immediately able to determine what the issue was with my laptop was and was able to have it fixed for me same day. There was no charge for him to look at the computer and getting it fixed was a very good price. He was very knowledgeable on everything from the problem, to even helping me work and install the programs. Also, I never knew that what I thought was an anti-virus wasn’t, and how to install an anti-virus for free. Blue Earth IT saved me so much time and money that I was amazed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone that has any computer needs.

I found Blue Earth in a google search looking for local IT guys to come solve some pesky malware/spyware problems and to get some advice on what to do with my super slow machine. I was advised that instead of wasting money adding more memory and such to my machine that it would be cheaper and faster to update my computer by purchasing a new one and I was even quoted on the price. I was very satisfied with my visit from Blue Earth and enjoyed knowing that the tech was very knowledgeable.

I was recommended by a friend on facebook to check Blue Earth IT services, since I was looking for somedoby to make my computer runs better. He cleaned up all the viruses and suggest me a better anti-virus. He also did some procedures that help the computer works better, as well as he actually taught me how to do it once a while in order to keep it runs in a good shape! Great hints, thanks! He charged me reasonable fair, and also helped my friend to find a new lap top, in which she is very satisfield already. My computer appreciates and I appreciate his services!

I bumped into a tech from Blue Earth IT Services while shopping in Pathmark. He gave me his business card and told me that his company is on Facebook. I decided to give him a chance, boy was I not disapointed! His service was top notch! What separated him from the rest is what was done for me. I called him to my home to check out my Toshiba laptop because I was having issues with my screen. He inspected it and told me that he could fix it for me for a cost. What impressed me was professionalism and honesty. He told that to fix the screen on my Toshiba would cost me around $400 to $500. At that point he told me to pocket the money and buy a new laptop. What came next was even better. He offered to go to MicroCenter with me to help me choose out a new laptop! He showed me many options and was very knowledgable. I walked out with an HP Envy 15. He even came to my house and took the time to set up and configure my laptop. He even gave me a free anti-virus and installed microsoft office for me. Best experience bar-none!

two of my companies computers went down unexpectedly,
and although I am pretty good with computers; I could not
get them back up and running. so I started looking around
for a professional service and calling around . when I spoke
with one of the technicians from Blue Earth I could tell
right away that the guy really knew what he was talking about
and thru his guidance on the phone, we had both systems back up and running in less than 15 minutes, he even had me download a free virus and spam removing tool which found and removed tons of spam and viruses. Since this incident and because I liked the way this guy handled himself ;I actually had the technician come into my office, set up an up to date network
(ours was like 8 years old, and had some isues I found out ;such as not backing up for 6 months)looked at every computer in our office and made sure everything was fine with them etc. etc.
but the best part of it all was when he handed me the bill and was actually less than half what I expected to be charged .
so needless to say ,if anyone needs computer work of any sort don't even flinch and call this company right now; trust me you won't be disappointed.
