It's a hotel restaurant. It's there because the hotel owner wanted a restaurant downstairs, not because a chef dreamed of opening a restaurant. So don't expect anyone to take a lot of pride in the menu or the food quality. Assume that the ingredients and pre-made foods were delivered on a semi last week.
That said, I ate there twice and didn't hate either meal. And my waiter was perfectly pleasant and helpful. The meatloaf was fine (mashed potatoes were blah). Steamed veggies and side salad were both good. I wouldn't order a steak there. Stick with things that can be pulled from the freezer/fridge and cooked easily. I could be wrong, but that's my impression.
The margarita pizza was very decent, not counting the crust (which is silly, since the crust is the most important part). It's a cracker crust, so don't expect much - it's the kind of crust that doesn't require any expertise or skill to prepare. The toppings were good though, and the staff didn't complain when I asked for fresh basil to put on it.
If it's raining again and I'm stuck here, I'll do it again. Otherwise, I'll walk somewhere else.
