I can honestly say this was the very worst experience I have ever had shopping at an online store...I ordered a jacket however it was not as pictured , I then called to speak to a manager for online orders he stated his name was Jonah I explained the situation, he quickly became very rude to me and incredibly condescending but the worst part of this experience he offered no solution, I had to come up with the solution....I asked him to check his stock or perhaps call a store to find out where the error was so I may re-order however he dismissed me and stated he would call back . He did not call back so I bought the jacket at Shopbop where they assisted me with the questions I had. I called back and spoke with Maggie explained the situation and of course Jonah was unavailable, so she was also unhelpful not as rude as Jonah however she hung up on me when I asked for the owners name......This is a just a terrible way to be treated....I will never shop there again....
