Very very bad and arrogant. I lost my 31$ as a postal fee and they closed there services.
I hate this BLS international Passport services no response from them since April 2016

This is the worst Website that is maintained. Contradictory questions. Different Indian Consulates have different Applications forms. I think there needs to be lot of process that needs to be streamlined. I think If you can pay bribes then things will go fast, if it is streamlined the corrupted will lose an opportunity to get bribes. The phones will take lot of time to get connected as all are facing lot of issues. Does not care for the people. They do not even care People in India, how can you expect care for people who have left India. This keeps on going so try to get of this shit ASAP. People who give more than 1 star are the employees of this bull shit company.

This company paints a worst image about Indian businesses. The help line phone numbers, emails and escalation e-mails, nothing woks, we have been trying to contact about status of our visa applications for weeks. The only way get thins done is to drive all the way to DC and stand in line there. Don’t even try to book an appointment, those appointments on their website got no value. When you get there, one young lady at the front desk will ask you to sign your name on a sheet, just like a third world under developed Government office. No system, no tokens, no displays, no PA systems, nothing, you can see the people there working for some agents doing favors to known people. You smell toilet as soon as you enter the building. There will be 10 people working , but they all will be chatting in Hindi or talking over cell phones, …. What are those TOP Indian IT service companies doing … wake up people this is a reflection of Indian business. Where are those smart people from IITs ?
