This review is specifically for the people doing alterations.

My sister's prom dress was hemmed this past week and when we went to pick it up Sunday afternoon, the dressing rooms were so packed that the saleswoman suggested we go home and call/come back by Monday evening if there was any problem.

Monday morning, the woman who worked on the dress, Gracie I believe, called our home phone (even apologizing for doing so), to check herself whether everything was ok with the dress. She has Monday off and wanted to make sure if there was a problem she could take care of it directly, but didn't want us to waste our time coming Monday as she wouldn't be there.

Great work on the dress and exceptional service! Thank you.
