I am a mom from Caldwell who took my daughter here last month. I had to alert other parents to avoid this place for OT! The therapists were kind enough and my daughter liked them. However, the billing department is something out of a bad mobster movie. Obnoxious phone calls, hang ups, etc. I was hounded to pay a bill even before my insurance company had a chance to pay it. Very uncomforable.I wold suggest going elsewhere in Essex County.
