I called to inquire about their service and asked why I would be charged $75 for a tech to look at my oven to diagnose the problem. I was told I was being cheap and to have a nice day and hung up because I questioned the price and asked several other questions. That is enough for me. If you can not answer my questions and determine I am "cheap" because I want to know why I being charged a specific amount I DO NOT WANT YIUR BUSINESS!! So people you should look elsewhere for your appliance service. Representative rude and offensive!!

Scam!!! Don't use these guys. They charged 50 for diagnostic and the guy did an educated guess on what was wrong. After a day the same problem existed. After paying 300 for repair they set up false appointments to resolve the issue. SCAM SCAM SCAM
PS The address advertised isn't even own by them. COWARDS
