I enjoyed donating blood regularly with their bloodmobile. I liked their employees including the driver. Then I tired of poor customer service from their other employees. They seldomly replied to emails and couldn't answer simple questions. One time I attended a blood drive and the phlebotomist did not show up. That is inexcusable. They hire rude teenage telemarketers to give you guilt trips about donating. I really don't care for that. But I might give BCNJ another chance because Community Blood Services is much worse.
