Truly a horrific skincare experience. I received the Fabulous Facial, only to find out that it is not so fabulous. Before the process of the facial began, the lady asked about my skin type. Assuming she would take what I tell her into consideration, I told her I have redness and sensitive skin. After the facial was done, there was extreme redness on my face. I did not think much of it since it was an extractions facial. The next day, my face turned into a red hot blotchy mess. On the second day my forehead broke out even more and a weird rash appeared on the corner of my lip. On the third day I got a rash on both sides of my face, extending from my chin to the middle of my cheek, which looked like small pimples. My face is now itchy and red. I even got a basket of skincare products they recommended for me after the facial. Of course, I bought them all for $128 only for them to irritate my skin even more. I understand the store is trying to make money and sell their products, but I am very against selling products to clients when they know well enough that it will irritate/ do nothing for the client. Not to mention, the basket of skincare products was chosen by the lady who was doing my facial and new my skin type too. Without a doubt the worst skincare experience I have ever had in my life, and trust me, I have had plenty.
