I used Bliss Marine on 2 separate occasions, once to do an engine replacement and once to repair my out drive. I was satisfied with the repairs overall but at the same time the mechanic they use destroyed my carpet the first time, then the next season he once again ruined the new carpet I put down. Also the 2nd time the mechanic ripped my brand new 500 dollar cover I had made in the offseason, about a 12 inch long gash along the edge where it snaps to the boat itself. Upon picking it up the owner denied any knowledge of the rip and then on top of that suggested I take it to the cover guy next door and pay to get it fixed myself instead of taking responsibility for his lazy mechanic's actions.
They do adequate repairs, however they employ a mechanic who doesn't respect people's property. A man who can't be bothered to take 30 seconds to lay a mat down over your carpet and who haphazardly opens your brand new cover, ripping it severely
