Very very bad experience...

Bunch of Liars and Fabricators..do not communicate their policies at the time of joining, did not even allow customer to read the terms and conditions at the time of signing and later on charge on the name of policies.

At the time of joining, we were told 'Gray' membership comes with no commitment and we can cancel whenever we want! We explicitly mentioned that we would be joining only for a month as we would be moving to CA by month end. Not a word then about this so called notice period and the consequent charge of 23$ per person. We were not even allowed to read the terms and conditions. My wife specifically asked if she can read the terms but the staff member said it is the same what we discussed.

Rude, atrocious and clueless staff, zero customer services.. Instead of helping customer, cover up their employees by terming them new joiners.

There is not even a single helpline for customer resolution, No one and mind you no one in the company tries to listen to and understand you... not the Staff, not the Club Manager, Not the Area Manager, not the support team..

I have been following up with everyone via calls & mails, I could find related to this Fitness Center, but they make you feel that they don't care and it is customer's fault. How come customer will come to know about your policies if you don't communicate those and don't allow them to read those before signing.

In our case, even the registration was done by the staff agent, we did not even click on 'Next' and 'Finish' button. We feel CHEATED.

Please DON'T DO any business with them.

They never told about the 45 day period of cancellation. Why do you need a 45 day prior notice, makes no sense.
they also took 40 dollars for maintenance for a year. I only used their gym for less than 3 months.
Overall you will pay around 40 dollars per month.
smelling, crowded and below par services

I don't want to single any specifics out of this but it smells bad there. And it's NOT the gym it's the people in the area that come to work out that don't wash them dam armpits. All this means is this gym should invest in aerosol sprays that automatically spray all throughout the gym along with good ventilation. They can also grow some balls and send a member-wide emails and personal letter stating the elephant in the room and telling people to properly wash and not ruin the experience for others. I'm just saying...

Worst Gym in New Jersey. Too small to workout...you hurt yourself if you start workout because not enough spaces..machines are too close..It's better you go to 24 hour fitness opposite to blink..24 hour got so much space..they got 3 floor..full of machine...Thank you so much...Enjoy Your workout

well blink is unorganized, and full of lies.i talked to one of there associate a month before my one year contract ends that i wanna cancel and he said you need to pay $60 dollars if you cancel and he explain if i pay last payment that month i don't need to pay anything when i cancel it. so i plan to wait on my due. i went 10 days before my due date, i payed my last payment and asked can i cancel my account now? they said when you cancel your account you have to pay $18 for cancellation and if you do it on the day of the due it would be more. i was shock i'm ending my contract why do i still have to pay? they said they gave me contract when i sign up and i told them "they don't say anything to me when i signed up". and also they said that there management change already.... bullshit they gave me a contract or agreement and printed it and it didn't have a sign on it. so they changed it so they can get more money from me. so don't go to blink fitness they say lies.
