NIce product, sales associate was very nice and helpful. Received blinds in 2 days, We order on Thursday evening and they had them ready for Saturday pickup.

I have purchased blinds from Blinds To Go in the past and recently purchased additional blinds. I brought my daughter and her husband to buy blinds for their home. I will be purchasing additional blinds in the near future. The product looks great, is easy to install and the delivery time is wonderful! Thank you!

The staff is knowledgeable; however, the factory seems to have a bit of trouble pumping out the right product. While I was picking up my boxes there were other customers fixing their orders. Assuming that my order was fine, I left. I was wrong. As far as compensation for the inconvenience of having to travel back to the store for their mistake, there is none. The store as well as customer service said they would not cut new blinds for me until they had the originals—no discount. Since their policy is half of the total cost upfront and no returns I was forced to wait for them to get their act together. It took nine days from the time I placed my original order until the right product was delivered (the only compensation—my suggestion). The overall experience at “Blinds to Go” is disappointing. Go elsewhere--the products are the same at a lower cost.
