Very helpful Sales Rep, third time I have shopped there

They made my blinds so perfect specially after looking around and not finding what I wanted. Made everything to measure.

The sales and installation service are great. The sales girl, Minnie, took time to help us explore our options and was very sweet. And the installer, Dan, did an outstanding job. I love blinds to go....

The following is a copy of an e-mail that I sent to the Blinds To Go Design Consultant which clearly expresses my pleasurable dealings with the company.

Dear Ms. Rodriguez,

Many many thanks for your efforts and kindness by arranging to cancel my order (which I would not have been able to use) and processing a new order which I acknowledge herewith.

I am aware that you had to go through an extraordinary effort since the original order was already in production. And for this, I am eternally grateful.

I wish I could do something for you to express my gratitude for your initiative and effort. The best thing that comes to mind is that I will highly recommend Blinds-to -Go at every opportunity and will certainly use your firm in the future.

We purchased 3 Living Room Roller Shades, Foliage, Almond at The 3155 Howard Avenue, Windsor Ontario Store. The reception we received from the staff was very pleasing and helpful. The sales person was great in offering advice on the best Shades for our use. We were able to make a decision and made our purchase. Within three days, we received a call informing us our Shades were ready for pickup. We attended the store and were met by the Manager. She completed our check out and, as I walk with a cane, insisted that she carry the Shades to our car.
Thee Shades have been installed in our Front Living Room Window and are what we anticipated with exception of one thing. The Shades are Almond colour but the bar across the bottom, looking in from the outside is White. It takes away from the beauty of the Shade from the outside. We intend to stop into the store on our next trip into the City and ask for an explanation. All in all, we are happy we shopped at Blinds to Go.
