Absolutely loved it. Came here on New Years' day with my beautiful lady, we were both taken away from its interior beauty. Everything about it is wonderful. Prices are fair too. You always have a great view. We were attended to on time. I enjoyed the romantic candlelight on the table as well as the menu's being all flashy and different, haha. My only minor problem was that I wish I sat at the windows because, hmm, let's face it, it's even more beautiful. But no, seriously, I didn't complain once. Fast service, as well as witnessing a manager accommodate each and every table making sure everything was great. Drinks were amazing and properly garnished. The mojitos, especially the mango flavor was amazing. Oh lord. Lol.
I definitely intend on coming back here again, though. I traveled from the Bronx, to here in a cab because something told me it would be worth it. And it was. Truly. To share, we had the to stone nachos. That was giving us life, we were starving. Demolished it in almost 2 minutes most, because, yes, it was that delicious. I had the filet mignon, and my lady had the churrascos. Spectacular. Finally had the chocolate warm cake for dessert. Demolished.
Our waitress was nice as well. Her name was Brianna, I believe. It was kind of hard to hear, lol. But overall, I would come back. As a waiter from Applebee's, I honestly can say, from a restaurant that doesn't have much selections to choose from, the ambiance, the food, and overall environment it outshines Applebee's. If it had more variety, then I wouldn't even make a comparison. You won already, lol. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

I truly love this place; the view and interior space are gorgeous! The first time I went was for my birthday, and I have been there 4 or 5 more times after that! Everytime I have went I have eaten a different entree and they all were really good; their drinks are really good too! I highly recommned this place for any ocassion.

Great location, right on the East River. We were given a table quickly, then left to wait for what seemed a long time (it was six in the evening, and the place wasn't at all crowded). Ordered three appetizers (Chorizo Mac & Cheese $9; good, but the chorizo was missing in action; 4 crispy (and small) arepas, $11, Braised Short Rib, Avocado, Lime Scented Crème, Micro Cilantro: delicious; Mushroom flatbread $10: truffle Ricotta, Assorted Wild Mushrooms, Queso De Cabra, Truffle Essence, quite good). Our entrees were all mediocre, which was surprising. Service was indifferent, some of it almost rude. Nice view, sure, but not a place I recommend, there being so many other choices in LIC).

Came here for brunch right when it opened and we had no issues getting seated for 10. We had a reservation for 7 people (max you can reserve online) but they were able to accommodate 3 more. We ordered both alcoholic (caipirinha and mojitos) and non-alcoholic drinks (mango and passion fruit). All the drinks were good.
I ordered the steak sandwich. The sandwich was too big to eat like a sandwich so I just cut up the bread into smaller pieces and took bites of meat and cheese to go with it. The bread was nicely toasted. Didn't taste any burnt parts. The meat was well cooked. The cheese was melted on but it quickly solidified as it got colder. I liked the fresh tomatoes, onions, and cilantro they added to the dish. The grilled onions were needed to compliment the dish. The crispy potato fries were a little out of place. Mainly because the pieces were small and there were a lot of them. Could easily cut the top of your palette if not careful. I would suggest taking it out and substituting for something else.
Despite some of the drawbacks to this dish, I am still rating them highly because I probably just ordered incorrectly. I saw some of the other dishes that others have ordered and I'm sure those were more reflective of this restaurants' high rating.
Service was great. They were always coming by to see if we needed more drinks.
Because we were celebrating a friends' birthday, they brought out a large plate with various types of desserts, flan, pineapple cake I think, and a chocolate cake. The middle cake basically had a "road flare" in it as the candle. It definitely made for great photos. The staff sings with you the birthday song and everybody cheers =P It was a nice added touch for them to do this for us.
I'll definitely be coming back here again to try out their other dishes.
