Nothing great. My bike's saddle broke on the Brooklyn bridge. They gave the wrong key to our bike lock... Spent so much time just figuring that out.

Paid 30 bucks for two cruisers for two hours on governors island and well worth it. Although the island isn't that big bikes make getting around really easy and there are good surfaces and very little traffic apart from the odd golf cart. Kevin, Emily and all the staff were friendly and helpful - and the bikes were pretty good too.

Good service and nice bikes (we had the beachcruisers) with 3 gears. Unfortunately the light was broke on both bikes which was quite a drawback. Biking in NYC is however a great experience!

Our kids were exhausted from our lap around Manhattan but it is one of our best memories of NYC. Great service.
