Blazing Saddles Bicycle Rentals

Horrible service never was told closing time. On top of that called for help and manager yelled at us saying it was our fault we didn't ask closing time when we were told rent time is 24 hrs and no where on the brochure did it say the closing time. Get a citi bike and you will be better off. Have visited NYC city for 19 years and never have I had a more horrible experience!

Very disappointed, waited 30 min in line to check in and after that 1 hour to get the small bike.
We asked Augustus (he said he is the manager) how many people are in front of us and we were told 3 more. After waiting and waiting 4 already went out and he did not call our number.We approached him again and he said 2 more in front. We saw families from behind the line going in front of us and asked him how come....his answer" if you don't like it you can cancel" We asked to speak with a manager and his answer was I AM THE MANAGER and i will get your credit card if you don't like it, so he gave us the credit card and chased us out. My 5 years old was crying and they just gave us a very bad taste about how they manage the business and how they treated us. We will never rent from them anymore. We wanted to make our son happy, every since we landed to Governor Island he asked for the bicycle.
BRING YOUR OWN BICYCLE IT IS CHEAPER AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH BLAZING SADDLES BICYCLE RENTALS. The ferry only charges 1$ per bicycle.
The girls from check in....very nice and friendly.
BEWARE EVERYONE get ready for an atitude and be ready to be chased away.

Better save money and bring your own bikes
