We put an offer on a house that was accepted by this realtor/owner, and after the home inspection, which they knew we were going to proceed to contracts, this realty accepted another offer for $1000 more all cash with closing in 2 weeks. We are out $500 inspection fee. After I spoke with the original homeowner I learned this realty is an investor that purchased the house at $125,000 ...... only put 10-15k into it to clean it up ........ And then listed it for $239,000 a few months later when it still required more work. SCAMMERS! Watch out for these people.
