Black Tie Limousine LLC

Used this limo company quite often when my family comes in from Europe to visit. We tour nyc in the stretched hummer with a attendant that opens the doors for you and helps you out. Really makes you feel important like a celebrity. Lino was clean and well maintained. The limo was stocked with ice cold water and soda like stated. Will definitely continue to use black tie lino, sal is a great help and pat made the whole customer service experience pleasurable

I'm sorry to see that the other client wasn't satisfied but in my opinion, there is no better limousine company servicing New York City than Black Tie Limousine (Staten Island)... and we've used several other firms over the years. We scheduled our Annual Holiday Tour through the City, on December 30th and had a fabulous time! We enjoyed the sights and all that is New York at Christmas, without any of the stress!

The driver was prompt and the vehicle was clean and stocked with sodas and water, as stated. Our drivers, Peter and Sal, were wonderful and assisted each of our guests in and out of the stretch Hummer, which the kids loved. The kids felt like celebrities and were thrilled with the whole experience!

Sal and Peter were so accommodating; they even allowed us to get out at Rockefeller Center to see The Tree and met us a few blocks away (you simply can't park a superstretch Hummer in midtown!)

Pat handled our reservation and is a delight to deal with. She truly cares about her clients and does everything possible to accommodate their needs. She is the epitome of customer service!

If you have a special event coming up and want to make it a memorable one; I highly recommend contacting Pat, at Black Tie Limousine. There is no better way to enjoy Manhattan... We've already booked our Holiday excursion for 2014!

These people are awful. We just had our wedding on July 5th and they nearly ruined it. They were late an hour and 15 minutes!

The day of my wedding they were supposed to pick us up at 11:30am. When they weren't there at 11:45am we decided to call to see if they were on their way. Turns out they booked our wedding for the 6th not the 5th. We almost had NO LIMO at all! This is after they took a $100 deposit from me over the phone months in advance. The kicker is that we confirmed with them via email the time and date two weeks before the wedding and they responded saying they would be there on July 5th! How does that happen??? So they ended up being an hour and 15 minutes late for pickup. I will spare you the details but we had a lot of stuff ruined and cut out of our wedding day because of this. Black Tie Limo didn't even bother to apologize! We paid a little over $200 an hour. When my brother went to pay the limo driver, the driver gave me brother a hard time because he was taking $200 off for the hour that he was late. Our biggest mistake was paying these people anything. When we arrived back from our honeymoon we didn't even have an apology from Black Tie Limousine. I sent them an email 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything in return. Do NOT use this place!

Black Tie has taken my wife, family and friends to many concerts on many occasions and have always been prompt, professional, courteous and warm towards us. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else when I plan a nice night out.

One of the most Horrible travel experiences of my life!!! Don't go with these people uless you want to find yourself with a old and badly maintened 4 passenger car fitting one luggage, when you ordered a car for 5 people and four luggages. Pat, the owner of the limo is umproffessional and rude. She not only did not apologize or try to fix the porblem, but she left my two children and ealderly parents in the middle of the street with 97 degrees. The most disguisting company you could use for traveling. Sapre yourself!!!!
