I booked the nice hotel in Paris (Concorde Saint Lazare) from Black Sea Travel. It saved me $20 from the price on the hotel website plus breakfast was included (3 people - $90 savings). The order was made over the phone and the confirmation was emailed to me the next day. Nice and easy. The agent - Luba - was polite and responded to my calls right away. I would highly recommend this agency.
