Black Rebel Burger

Got the Black Rebel Burger. A good sized burger cooked to order, the beef patty is nicely seasoned and has a decent sear on the outside. The burger includes black truffle mustard, Irish cheddar, and crispy onions. The in-house made bun has a bit of sweetness and glaze on top, like a brioche bun, which offsets relatively well with the sharp flavors from the mustard and cheddar. Not sure how well it would work on their other burgers though. There's some shredded lettuce, but it's more of an afterthought with the other ingredients. The fries were decent and are cut with the skin on. Overall, for my first visit, they prepared a solid burger, though prices skew higher ($9-10 for just the burger after tax).

The parking situation is a little dicey, as the main lot behind the building has very little space. Not sure where to park otherwise, but to the office/hospital/delivery crowd during lunch, it's probably a non-issue.

Delicious burgers and onion rings! Shakes are amazing... Even the Mac and cheese was great.

First of all: the food here is excellent. Among the best burgers in North Jersey, if not the TriState. I read reviews in advance about unpolished service, so I was prepared for some mild stumbles, especially since I was in a group of seven. To my surprise (and delight) every burger was prepared perfectly as-ordered, and the service staff could not have been more relaxed, helpful, or friendly. Every one of my dining companions that night said they'd happily return -- I agree fully.

I'm not giving this place a one star because of the food. Their burgers are great that's probably why I keep subjecting myself to such horrible phone service. The girl on the phone that took our order not once but twice conveniently forgot to deliver it to us. The first time she said she misunderstood us and thought we said pick up and promised us that they were making us fresh burgers and they would be there within 45 minutes the delivery guy showed up 2 minutes later with ice cold burgers. We let that roll and just ate the burgers. Tonight we decided to order from them again and after an hour and a half of waiting we get a phone call from the same girl apologizing that they had forgotten our order in the kitchen and we would be getting a new order and we wouldn't be paying for it. 5 minutes later the delivery guy shows up with our again ice cold burgers and was not aware that we were not paying for our meal I sent him on his way with a 5 dollar tip and decided to call to speak to a manager and the same girl answered the phone saying her manager was not in 10 minutes before they were set to close. I've been around the resturant business all my life and never ever had I heard of a manager not being present 10 minutes before a place closes down. If you are going to lie to people make sure your lie is fool proof and actually makes sense. I'll be calling tomorrow morning again just for the point that I don't appreciate how the situation was handled and better skills in running that establishment is necessary. I'd save yourself the trouble of ordering their burgers for delivery and just go there and try them. Because the girl behind the phone can't handle her job duty. Ohhh and btw thank you so much for our hypothetical "milkshakes" they were absolutely fantastic.

I've been ordering from here for a while but I was driving by and decided to get some lunch. Ordering out is good but when you get it fresh and the onions are still crispy and meat is extra juicy and the bun is not soggy yet, oh my balls is this good.
