I've heard a lot of good things about this company and its the reason why I went to them. Here is where the issue comes to play, I ordered my shirts to be screen printed 11 days before the pick up and I even gave them an extra day. So as I'm ready to pick up my shirts, they tell me that it's not ready. They tell me that the woven labels need to be put on. we agreed on 11 days plus I gave them an extra day and still not ready? So I gave them another day and I have the feeling that they never started my order because I was receiving mocks to get approved. It looked good when he sent it to me by email. I was super pumped to get my shirts even though they were 12 days late. So when I get home to look at my shirts, the design on the back was crooked. Yes, you can say I approved the mock up, but as a professional screen printing company this is not acceptable. I'm sure they noticed how crooked the design was and just continued to screen print it on all my shirts because they were in rush to finish my shirts that whole day. I felt cheated and lied to. I wouldn't go back or recommend this place to nobody. Good Luck!
