I decided to try an organic drycleaners as it might be a healthier way to take care of my clothes. BIG MISTAKE! I brought 8 shirts to be cleaned and all 8 shirts came back with chemical stains and the girl who works there, asked to give her another chance to fix the stains and to come back on wed (08/31/2016) and I came back earlier today (9/1/2016) to pick up my supposedly fixed clothes. On Monday (08/29/2016) I took back two shirts and I didn't know they were damaged because the shirts were black and the now obvious chemical stains were hard to see. I re-did 6 of the shirts per request of the girl working in BK drycleaners I went back today (9/1/2016) to pick them up around 1 pm and the owner handed me my clothes back as if they were fixed. Before I left I took the wrapping off and then I saw that all 6 shirts still had SAME CHEMICAL STAINS!! I told him that 2 of the shirts since they were golf shirts although expensive aren't a big deal because I just wear them when I'm golfing but the others were polo shirts which cost me $89.50 each in Macy's. I told him he needed to at least compensate me for 4 of the shirts not all 8 and I would walk out and never come back but the owner went crazy and began screaming and I was forced to call the police on the owner. The police came but told me they couldn't file a report but did advise me to take him to civil court and let people know in the neighborhood about what happened. Now I'm forced to go get new shirts for $89.50 each and now I have to take him to civil court to get my money back ANY BODY THINKING TO USING THESE DRYCLEANERS THINK AGAIN HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!
