Rude AF. They screwed up my order... they were out of the type of bagel I ordered and chose just not to make my order rather than tell me. After 10 min of waiting for a simple bagel and cream cheese, the owner snarked at me when I asked about it and treated me like I was acting hysterical (I was not), then laughed at me when I asked for a refund.
They literally did everything wrong in terms of customer service.
