BJ's Wholesale Club

This is the WORST WORST store the employees are always with an attitude and the LONNNNNNNNNGGG lines to pay are just a disgrace to valley stream. Wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy

As everyone else has said.... this store and it's LOOONNNGGGG lines, but the staff is good. Mostly the problem with this store is the class of the people (or lack of) who shop here. Same goes with Walmart next door. I can't even begin to count how many times I've seen women arguing and cursing at each other. Usually with their own small children in the cart with them. If you don't mind the lack of common decency and long line stay here, otherwise drive out east.

This specific BJ's located in the Green Acres mall is just a mess. The checkout lines are horribly long and disorganized. You will spend more time waiting on the lines than you will shopping. Their coupon system is also a mess. They are almost out of things that are on sale. I went there to get some mobil 1 oil but they only had a few boxes of 5w 30. They didn't even carry the valvoline that was also on sale.

With the exception of a few managers there the staff is just rude, disengaging, disrespectful and flat out lazy. A lot of workers there just have a poor attitude and work ethic. This is a very busy location and I almost always regret shopping here. Their return policy is no where near as good as Costco's. I will not be renewing my membership once it expires.

I hate this BJS . If you go be prepared to be on a long line. And when leaving prepared to be on a long line. If you have three to waste or more go to this bjs and wait on line.

I only have the option of shopping at this location or college point. I live equal distances from both stores and most often need bulk items. And college point is a huge mess always busy like crazy although they are consistent with products and always have what I need. But this location is good too. Parking is very convenient here and believe me it is definitely not as crowded as the other location. My usual wait time here on customer service line is 5-10 mins and checkout line anywhere from 5-15 mins which is not bad considering my other option. I always shop here either early morning or late right before they close.
