I was there last week to pick up my child's eye glass. There was only one staff who took more than 30 minutes with a customer making jokes and laughing about, who knows what. Three customers were waiting for him, but he never paid any attention to them. It seemed he was deliberately doing it, so that the customers would leave. Finally, when the customer left, he turned to me and yelled at me asking what do I want. I gave him the receipt, but he refused to take it saying he didn't need that scrap. The man was so arrogant and rude. When I asked to show his name tag, he faced towards me for a second and then turned away from me. It was the worst experience I had at this place. I will never go back there as long as this guys works there.
