Biscuits & Bath

I can not sing the praises I have for the Riverside Biscuits and Bath loud enough. Both me and Mugsy, my Cocker Spaniel, are beyond pleased to have B&B in our lives. When I moved back to the UWS, I debated endlessly about my dog care options. The caring of my dog as well as granting access to my home unsupervised is a very serious responsibility to take on and Biscuits and Bath have surpassed my expectations. I knew without a doubt I made the right choice about 6 months into starting with B& B, Mugsy had pulled a disk in his back. He could barely walk and was in a lot of pain. Our Vet put him on 6 week “bed rest”. The team at B& B were truly lifesaving for both me and Mugsy. They effortlessly worked around our new schedule and care instructions. Their true devotion to the well being of their dogs shined thru a few weeks into his ‘bed rest” when they offered to bring him in to B& B to get bathed because he was having a bad reaction to the meds and was a stinky mess. The staff came and literally carried him in their arms and took him to get bathed. Two years later, the staff at Riverside is still providing an outstanding level of customer service. I can’t tell you hope comforting it is to know that when I am stuck at work I can call them to make alternate arrangements and they have ALWAYS been able to accommodate my schedule and get Mugsy home if I can’t pick him up and always with a positive attitude. Their continued consistency and trustworthiness is so appreciated by me that when another Dog Care Center opened in my building never once did I entertained the thought of switching for the “convenience factor” because Mugsy and I are could not be happier at Riverside Biscuits and Bath. I encourage anyone reading this review to visit them in person and see for yourself the devotion, professionalism, and genuine love the staff has for their dogs.

Biscuits and Bath on Riverside has been my great doggie day care for my puppy. Very professional and friendly staff. Their attention to detail, such as using their own collars when walking them out to prevent them backing out of their collars and watching them manage the pack of dogs to keep everyone safe, lets me leave my dog without worrying and know that she is safe. It is a great place for her to have some dog-time, and helps me out when I need it. I do not need it on a regular basis but whenever I have needed it, all I had to do was to show up or to call. They will even pick up your puppy if you cannot make it out. I recommend them totally.
