I took my dog here for nearly two years on a bimonthly basis for grooming and occasionally used the vet services. During the latter half of 2013, the quality of the grooming dropped off dramatically - to the point that the groomer would claim each time that my dog had to be "shaved" because of nonexistent matting. Each time they did this, of course, my dog suffered from razor burn. Further, they obviously are not trained to properly perform gland expression (as I learned after taking her somewhere new and seeing how much more comfortable she was).
The last time I went here, in November, the cut was particularly atrocious, my dog was obviously unhappy, and I complained to the manager who brushed my concerns off. Then i sent a detailed email to the customer service department that was also ignored. As a last resort, I disputed the charges with my credit card company, who investigated and just this past week closed the investigation and refunded the charges.
Then, today, B&B again charged my credit card. Not only is this ridiculously bad business practice (this is the first review I have ever written about anything), it is blatantly illegal.
