Biscuits & Bath

Dogs do not look happy here, and there are way too many crates.

Not the place for small dogs.
I never ended up sending my pup here, even though it would have been the most convenient place for me. Why?
I walked by the check it out several times (on different days and different times) and never once saw a human in the small dog room. They were always on their own and barking.
Also, they don't walk small dogs "for liability reasons" (though they do if you pay extra, so obviously its not that much of a liability) so your pup is just locked in the same small glass room with no supervision all day.
And finally, their membership packages/levels are confusing and ridiculous (who needs a doggy friend pass? This isn't the gym).

I can't say enough good things about this place! My dog stays here most every weekday while I am at work and sometimes for a few hours on a weekend day. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful and can't do enough to always ensure that my dog is comfortable and that I am fully informed regarding everything, including her daily appetite. The team is as incredibly professional as you would require of any business, yet also extremely nurturing to the "guests." I regret that I cannot be with my dog when I need to be at the office, but am so glad to have such a trusted neighborhood haven!

Massimo Loves Biscuits & Bath!
I started taking Massimo to B&B as a puppy. I enrolled him in the Riverside Blvd promotional puppy program and he loved it! I could not walk him anywhere near the daycare without being dragged to the front door. My initial thought was that I would only take him for a few months to be socialized but as time went on I saw the Massimo really loved to go. He will 3 years old next month and he's been loving the weekly socialization and play. The staff at Riverside, Sam, Anthony and David and all the wonderful handlers show that they really care for the dogs they watch. I know the staff really appreciate Massimo's howl of excitement as he arrives for his daily playtime with his friends a Riverside Blvd B&B.

Massimo and I highly recommend Biscuits & Bath as your doggy daycare provider!

My puppy, Penny, LOVES Biscuits & Bath. Between part-time work at home and full-time motherhood, I wasn't able to give Penny the exercise and social interaction she needs. I tried bringing her to the nearby dog run, but she required a bath after every walk (she'd be caked in wet gravel), and often encountered dogs that were too big and aggressive. I brought her to Biscuit & Bath for the free 3 days as a trial and it went so well I signed her up for one of the packages (3 days of daycare and 2 days of walks). She gets so excited every time we get near the entrance, adores her walker, and comes home clean and tired. Every staff member I've encountered has been so kind and helpful, and I know she's in good hands every time I drop her off.
