I had some concerns at my house and hired Rick from BioTerra Solutions to do an air quality test as well as mold and asbestos testing. Rick was very knowledgeable and left me at ease from his first initial assessment. After getting the results back his predictions were spot on and it brought some peace of mind knowing there weren't any issues like I anticipated. Rick was pleasant to deal with, on time, accommodating, professional and his pricing was very good. I would highly recommend BioTerra Solutions to anyone who is looking on getting testing done at home or at their business.

My husband and I were concern about our basement due to former water damage and old insulation when we decided to call BioTerra. Rick asked my husband a few questions over the phone and immediately proved to be extremely knowledgeable as he eased some of our concerns. We scheduled an appointment and Rick was very flexible scheduling at our convenience. Rick was timely, explained each test being performed, and provided us with detailed reports of the mold and asbestos results. Very thorough, extremely professional, and highly recommended!

I hired Rick to test some mold in my house I was concerned about. His professionalism and knowledge were apparent when he arrived on time, answered my questions, and all done at a fair price. I would highly recommend Rick at BioTerra to anyone with asbestos or mold concerns.

I called Rick at Bio Terra for advice. He was extremely responsive, thorough and professional. We didn't need the services provided by Bio Terra, but Rick recommended someone to us who was equally helpful and provided the service we needed. Rick spent a good amount of time on the telephone with me, providing information and being very courteous and helpful even after he knew we would not be needing his services. I highly recommend him - based on our conversations and the high quality of the work provided by the professional he recommended to us.
