Pho is hard to come by and I've been frequenting here for over 3 years. The first two years I was hooked. The great flavors, right pricing, and quick and attentive service. However, lately I've noticed a few things that are cause for concern.
1. Extreme post meal dry mouth - using more MSG in the soup broth? Don't get me wrong, MSG is an excellent flavor enhancer. But please, in moderation.
2. Rising cost - NYC price points... This isn't even near Fort Lee come on!
3. The pho noodle soup comes with a dish of condiments : bean sprouts, lime wedges, jalapeño slices, and basil. The basil has been substituted with something that resembles dandelion leaves in appearance and taste. What the hell?
4. The recent remodeling has killed the atmosphere. What use to have a homey, mom and pop ambiance is now sterile and "modern". No more wood panels and Asian wall decor.

Still, if you need a fix for pho this will satisfy for now. Hope the quality goes back up.

This place is one of the best authentic pho in nj. We come here pretty often.

It is a small but cozy place. Feels like you're at home. Pleasant servers and timely service. Very typical (above avg) traditional Vietnamese restaurants. Appetizers were really good. The broth they use is flavorful. Non noodle dishes were excellent.

They screwed up my order last time I went but many other times they get right. I have tried a few other Vietnamese restaurants and always comeback to this one. Most of the time is the same friendly staff. I have visited Vietnam five times so I know what Pho is suppose to taste like. The pho here taste amazing.

Best Pho in the area. The spring rolls are to die for. I frequent this place. Tried the rare beef salad. A delicious tangy thinly slided citrus cured beef on bed of salad greens. A healthy, refreshing, salad that can easily be a main course.
