A nice little neighborhood joint if you're in the mood for some wine/beer and small plates. Try the meatballs in white wine and finish off with a hot crepe.

I went to the city to visit my girlfriend and this quaint, but trendy wine-bar caught my eye. Size doesn't matter; right? Well this proves it! This small wine-bar not only had a great selection of wine, but had an excellent dinner menu. The available outdoor seating was the perfect touch to a relaxing and enjoyable evening with the woman I love. Thank you Bin 71 for a nice experience in the city!

Cute and VERY small wine bar with a great selection of wines serving delicious Gnocchi with Bolognese sauce and White Anchovy and Tomato Crostini.

A little too tiny but a reasonable neighborhood wine bar. Service can grind to a halt when it's busy (which it is a lot). And when you're spending this sort of money on cheese plates and wine by the glass, it would be nice to have a place to eat than slightly larger than a chair rail.
