This is truly a fine establishment. Because it's a small business they pay more attention to detail when it come to their work. I believe they are competitive with their prices and are willing to negotiate if asked. EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!!!!

Genuine people only serve you at Billy's shop! I grew up with my father always detailing my car. So this was the first place I ever had to pay out of pocket for a wash and wax! Ever! Talk about high expectation huh? Before I arrived, I had a little bit of trouble finding the place. So Billy was patient and walked me through directions to get to his shop, he also told me a little bit about the neighborhood so I was safe wherever I decided to go. The men who worked on my car were consistent but quick. Very sweet group of men work there. This is a very genuine wholehearted business. And it's been over a week, my car still looks great!! I'm definitely looking forward to my investments for my car at Billy's!

Took my Accord there for the first time on 10/5/2011; first time my car had seen a car wash outside of the one I always brought it to in Queens. Actually drove past it at first; it's sort of a small, unassuming, no-frills kind of place that looks like a mechanic's shop with three bays and some cars for sale out front. But when they asked me to bring the car in, the two guys went right to work at exceeding my expectations - which they did by doing more than had ever been done on my car at a price that was less than I had ever paid. The wash is TRULY by hand - no machines (except the vacuum on the interior) - with sponges to wash and chamois to dry. They got into all of the little crevices in my aluminum wheels until they were clean and took time on the glass, especially the sunroof which gets the brunt of the hard water from the rain. The sunroof hadn't looked that clean since it came off the showroom floor - and it's ALWAYS been hand-washed. On the inside, the vacuuming was thorough and they paid attention to the dash and the glass. They even hand-washed the two all-season floor mats up front. I was astonished when one of them opened my trunk and vacuumed the trunk mat, all the while being careful to vacuum around anything that I might have wanted to keep. At best, that would've cost extra at my old car wash beyond the already more expensive cost of the wash itself. The spot might be out of the way for some folks, but if you're close by and, like me, are anal about the appearance of your car to the point where you avoid the traditional brush-based car washes, Billy's doesn't disappoint.
