4.5 Stars if I could . I would give this place even 5 stars but the internet is so slow when theirs a lot of people and honestly, theirs always a lot of people here because its AMAZING. It is by far my favorite place to study in Los Angeles and I have nothing bad to say about it. From their wonderful service, quite atmosphere perfect for studying, amazing selection of scones (best scones I've ever had), great food and drink options, I really can't rave about this place enough. Parking: there is metered street parking available free on Sundays but if you just go into the residential area, there's parking available, so its really not an issue at all.

So I might be a little obsessed with Billy's Bakery! They have perfected the red velvet cake and cupcake. OMG I can taste it now! I pass by every day after work to catch the 1 train and Franklin Street... and everyday it calls out to me.Thank God for self control!

Super sweet. Super good. Super sweet staff.
The best red velvet cream I have enjoyed in a long time.
I had the green cupcake for St Patty's day and it was the best!
The bakery was cute with decorations and a chalk board to announce prices. A few small tables and the coffee special after 4pm.
Stop by and get a nosh. You won't be disappointed.
They have lovely cakes as well.
