Wow! What a hidden gem! Bill Jones is an amazing broker with 32 years experience and he really does live up to his name and reputation. I'm all the way out in Chicago and someone, yes someone all the way out in Chicago suggest I give him a call. To be quite honest he sounded like the archetypical "business shark" over the phone but he wasn't deceitful at all just very honest, blunt is more like it. Anyway it just so happens that the house I owned up in his neck of the woods was basically right around the block from his home and his business. The broker I had before he entered the picture had my property for a whole year and couldn't get it sold. Admittedly they were never stern with me and I might have been a bit unrealistic about the price. But Mr. Jones took a stance from the beginning even though some of it might not have been what I wanted to hear. He assured me that he knew pricing in all of Queens like the back of his hand, and he did. He even sent me comparable, graphs, and charts of recently sold houses and those on the market. Needless to say he sold my house in a couple of hours all cash! I couldn't freaking believe it! I was almost jumping off the walls! I was flabbergast to say the least and thought he was joking but he really did it! He did in a couple of hours not even a day what my last agent was unable to do in a whole year. I guess that's why they call him the "Deal Maker" and he was sure to let me know at the end of the second call. Well I guess I'm now what you would call a believer and recommend anyway looking to sell or buy a house to seek his council. Top notch service through and through.
