Very Rude Owner. He had the bike I wanted in stock but I refused to do business with him.

Cannot help but comment on this store and the owner that works there. Went into the store with a child who has some special needs - owner extremely rude and condescending to him. While it is quite a nice bike store and he carries quality items would not go in again and patronize because of the owner's attitude. Thought that it was just me, however, read other comments about the rudeness of the owner.

Hi...Tony has sold me quite a few bikes over the past years...spent mega $$$ on a Cannondale full suspension and many parts thereafter...also just picked up a TREK mountain bike for $600 last month and he was the same...a pleasure to deal with and not one hassle.....
See you again soon Tony !!!

Tony Ward sold me my #1 road bike, a Somec, back in 1999. Since that time he also sold me my "winter rat," a Cannondale CAAD5. Both are fully Campy equipped. They are tuned to perfection. Whenever I need something done I go to Tony, who does the job very well indeed. Since he once worked on the Tour DuPont and has plenty of experience in the world of professional cycling, Tony has a lot to say about biking in general, all of it reasonable and well-informed. I guess I can understand how, as some here say, he can come off as "arrogant," yet he honestly wants to let customers know when they are trying to make do with inferior goods. They really should listen to him about what is and is not a good bike, for while Tony is opinionated, he is a very sharp fellow and doesn't pull punches in talking about quality. I have been glad to be his friend since I met him, and I have always trusted his judgment: A#1!

Let me start off saying that I used to work on bikes at the sports authority years ago so while i am not a professional bike mechanic I am not a complete idiot like the owner here thinks everyone is, I brought two bikes into the store to get tuned up, needless to say like all other reviews here the owner seemed like he was upset moaning and groaning while he tried to tell me that my bike was ruined not worth a tune up and i should probably just buy a new one. Well both bikes in my opinion came back worse than they were when they were brought in. The owner is a complete ass who has no idea how to work on bikes and he is rude. I WOULD GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.
