Super friendly and efficient. The guy working was very knowledgeable about bikes and offered me a range of suggestions. My front derailleur was having trouble shifting onto the big ring, and he was able to do a quick fix so that I could continue riding (an adjustment) but also let me know about a better gearing option for the city, including replacement chain rings at various price levels for me. I felt like he was being informative and helpful without trying to hard-sell or make more money off me.
