They take days to fix flat tires. It's a tiny shop with knowledgeable staff yet they can't seem to service bikes quickly. Any job there ends up taking about 3-7 days.

Great little shop. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, and prices are often more than reasonable.

These guys really want to get you on the road... or back on the road and out of the shop, and thats a good thing! They are no-nonsense repairmen that know what you need even if you don't know what you need. Whether you know bikes inside and out, or are just getting into riding, these guys treat everyone with respect and give the best personal service around. This shop knows what it means to bike in BK.

Nice guys, after a little while. I felt a little stupid when I first walked in because they let me fumble around with my two bikes, and novice questions... but once we broke the ice it was less awkward. Over all they were helpful, and very reasonable in price. I just needed simple thing, and they were able to accommodate me right away without hassle.
