wow people really needa grow a pair. you're walking into a closet sized shop off Flatbush, if you came there for the customer service you're in the wrong neighborhood.

to be fair i didn't have a 5 star experience. it was raining and when I got there around 4pm and he was already closing up I had to convince him to fix my flat. and he did an awful job, that I will admit. but let's be real here

listen, as a customer I get it, when you get a flat in the rain during business hours you wanna know that you can rely on a business to fix it for you. but as someone that works in customer service, I also know that if you're a customer there are always ways for you to get your way. so harden up kids or the streets of the big rude scary city will eat ya up whole

I can only assume that more than one person works here as different users have reported different experiences. I must have gotten the awful staffer when I was here. No, I don't need to "grow a pair" and yes, I appreciate owners and staffers who have a personality. But I also expect the people who choose to work with the public to behave in a way that's not abusive and if you don't expect that from the people you interact with then the problem is with you.

Stopped by and he let me borrow his allen wrench with no issues.
I went back for a flat fix and he was done in 5 mins. Great service.

I walked in with my bike asking if they had an Allen key. The dude was so rude!!!! Told me to get out!!! Take your d*mn bike out.

I ended up buying the Allen key set for $20. When the price tag said $13.

Never coming back again!!!!!!!! Worst Bike Shop In The World!!!!

The point of a "BIKE SHOP" is to bring your bike in.

The guy ignored me when i stepped into his little shack of a store. I was trying to buy a kryptonite chain. He grumpily went behind the counter to pull out the merchandise. He lost an easy sale because he made it seem as if i were an inconvenience to him. How does this store make money anyways? Its never even open. Writing this review after a year of going there.
