The website was easy to navigate, prices are competitive and placing an order was simple. However, somehow my order got lost during the shipping process. While this was disappointing, once I contacted customer service, the issue was quickly resolved and I was impressed with the quality of service that I experienced. I would recommend Bike Ahead when ordering online as a worthy competitor to other bicycle merchandise vendors.

Ordered 2 sets of bibs. Stock status on the site said "In Stock" for each. Received an email two days after I ordered saying they didn't have stock. The site still reads "In Stock" for the items.
