I highly recommend Big Wrench Piano. After several false starts with Craigslist pianos, we found Brian's store. He was super helpful and completely de-mystified the piano buying process. We eventually purchased a Sohmer upright from him and we couldn't be happier. We feel we got a great value on a great instrument.

I've had my Mason grand piano for almost a year now, and am grateful every day for Brian's guidance and help in bringing this beautiful instrument into my life. He's been attentive and generous in arranging a payment schedule that worked for me, and it's been a comfort knowing his knowledge and support are there when I need it (plus a free tuneup, nice perk!). We're lucky to have Brian and his staff in Brooklyn, where they make music come alive in so many homes.
