I've been eating pizza here since the 80's and it's always been consistently decent. It's not my favorite pizza place, but definitely decent. A Queens Village staple that has outlasted many other area businesses over the years. So despite the several complaints I see on here, they must be doing something right.

Rude peaople and very very bad service. I placed and order and waited for more then an hour, when I called back to ask where is my pizza, the person on the other end was very rude and when I said you should have told me how long it was going to take to deliver he hung up on me, he did not even apologise for bad and rude service.

Big John's Pizza has HORRIBLE SERVICE! I placed an order at 8:47pm and waited and waited for my order to arrive. I called at 10pm and asked where my food was the guy said that the delivery man was leaving now to bring my food. SO i waited some more. Then I called back at 10:51pm and the guy said that its on its way. I Informed him that I had been waiting aver 2 hours and he repeated himself to me. To get to the point my food never came! And they tried to charge me for food that I didn't even receive!!!! To sum it all up If they had the option to not even rate them with a star I would click that option. But for now I will give them 1 star.

Worst place to eat from ever, I ordered from here through grub hub multiple times and every single time it was a disaster. The first time it said it would take 2 hrs before my food would come. So I immediately called grub Hub to cancel the order. Then grub hub called the restaurant and the restaurant said it would only be 30 mins. After a hour of waiting I called back and was told the guy should be pulling up any minute. After another half hour I called again. Same response. So I decided to call the restaurant. NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH. When my food finally arrived it was cold and disgusting. Worst place ever! I can go on and on but please just don't eat there. No matter how desperate you are!

Perfect but the price is expenise. Thats the price you pay for ghudd food
