Not worth the trouble. The milkshakes are good but the food is overpriced for the quality, they were understaffed so we waited a half hour for our food which came out cold, the bathrooms were disgusting, it was too cold in the restaurant and the service was just horrible in general.

Food and shakes are good but the service sucks, I asked for another beer while my tenders were being served to me, 15 minutes later as I was finishing them the waiter decided to bring my beer. I don't mind waiting for food to be cooked but it only takes 2 minutes to grab a beer. Also the 2 well dressed gentlemen at the table next to us (I'm 99% sure they were food critics) were getting everything at lightning speed and being fawned over the entire time.

Horrible experience! We sat waiting for our waiter to come over for about 20 minutes and we were not even served water. Finally a man who appeared to be the manager came over and asked if we were helped yet. He took our orders but when he came with our food my order was completely wrong. Overall the food was terrible and extremely overpriced for the quality. We barely left a tip because we were so dissatisfied with the service. Do not recommend this place. There are much better places to grab food on the upper east side that are less money and better quality.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The black manager was extremely rude. They need to fire this guy, who I heard calling a customer "an a**hole" :O!!

Loved it! Great milkshakes and great food. Service was also great! Loved the decoration in american 50's style
