My experience was poor.

In August I purchased a replacement blue watch strap for my good Raymond Veil Ladies Watch.

At the time I was shocked to discover that they did not keep the original Raymond Veil clasp when they added the strap in the shop.

Eventually the quality was so inferior that the clasp on the strap disengaged within 4 weeks. In addition the leather watch strap did not wear well and I was lucky not lose my watch. I have returned the watch strap to them as evidence.

I do not recommend Big Ben Jewelers, 971 1st Avenue for quality of service or goods.

I was very disappointed.
