Most of all, their furnitures are high quality and beautiful design.

Don't get fooled by the showroom display. First of all, most of their furnitures are not in stock. I recently purchased several furnitures for my house and I waited SEVERAL MONTHS to get them. When it arrived there was a scratch on one of the tables and a noticeable damage on the other table. I had to wait additional months for a new table. I just want to let you guys know that this is not the reason why I give it a 1 star. I understand that there can be scratches during the shipping etc... What I don't like is the fact that they have poor after service and poor customer satisfaction. They won't tell you that it will take months. They will say that they will have to order it and it'll arrive shortly. I even confirmed with them again to have it delivered on a specific date which was months away. They told me it was more than enough time and made me buy the furnitures. When I bought them and waited several months, they told me to wait more. I was living in my house with bunch of chairs and no table. Their mind set is to make sure you buy it today and they don't care what happens afterwards. They will occasionally lie to reassure you. The worst part is... After receiving the scratched table after several months. I just asked for a refund and they said no. I think they are very selfish and unaware that customer satisfaction with trust and honesty is the key for a successful business. Customers will return and also recommend to others. They only care about TODAY and today's purchase. They don't care what happens or how you feel afterwards.... because they already got your money. No customers will repeat and make additional purchases there. They might have good furnitures, but that design will probably be outdated by the time you get it. Horrible customer service and they will just keep their mouth shut whatever you say. Just HORRIBLE and they run their business with GREED.

I would rate at 10 stars if I could! The Furniture salesman that helped us was great and very informative. The selection is awesome, the BIF Modern store is beautiful and the customer service cannot be beat! BIF is The best Contemporary furniture store in New York City.

I recently purchased some high end Italy made furniture from them. The warehouse space is huge, the sales person Jay was very nice introducing the items. The prices were competitive. The arrangement for the delivery was very easy even though I had to contact them a few times by myself. The delivery men arrived on time and assembled the furniture without any problem. I am very happy with this store and I will definitely deal with them again.
