Biener Audi

OMG stay as far away as possible from this dealership . My wife is trumatized after the sales experience. Not only we will never visit this place , but I don't think I will ever buy an Audi again.

I recently purchased a 2015 Q7 from George Faccio at Biener Audi. I live in Michigan, and was looking for a blue Q7; not many were left, but Biener had one. I called the dealership, and was lucky to get George as my salesperson. He was very thorough, professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The out-of-state sale required much more time, paperwork and details than a normal transaction. George did a fantastic job of keeping me informed about the paperwork, financing and shipping info. The dealership even agreed to split the shipping cost, which was a great perk. George has called me several times since we received the vehicle, just to make sure we were happy & to see if we had any questions about the options. I would not hesitate to recommend George and Biener Audi to anyone, and would buy from them again, if circumstances warranted it.

Came over to Biener Audi after a horrible experience with Audi Lynbrook.
I would strongly recommend Beiner Audi.

Come in on 12/12 Saturday for Q5 15K service and need loaner car or rental car (Called week before to confirm the rental car too), she says on paper just marks drop off nothing else, so I ask how long it takes, and she says 2 hours. I say I need car to go home, and she just brushes me off. Luckily gentleman besides her steps in to take of this problem. I complain about rear weeper makes a lots noise about 3 months after last service (They changed weeper blade insert too), and she says she changes hers twice this year. If what she says is truth, AUDI should look into this issue because I have the other SUV and I don't change rear weeper blade insert for more than one year. Anyway, I get charge $53 dollars for that insert. But I think maintenance team does very good job and deserves 5 star, but the front desk is not up to standard.

He is a consummate sales professional, treating his customers very fairly and with courtesy and respect. The pricing he offered was very competitive, more so than other LI area dealers. Everything surrounding the purchase of my S4 went smoothly, with no detail left to chance by Drew.
The Service Dept. has been wonderful to work with, as my service rep Louis Del Blazo is everything a great service professional should be. He always responds quickly to any communications and insures that all problems are attended to quickly and fully repaired.
Having purchased other brands of German luxury cars from other LI dealers, I can confidently say that the Biener experience far surpasses what I have experienced at these other dealers.
The Audi S4 is by far the best car I have every owned and has provided me with great performance and reliable service.
Overall, if you are on the market for an Audi, I strongly recommend that you check out Biener for their sales and service experience can't be beat!
