The team was willing to spend the time to get the right bike fitted the right way. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The wrenches (mechanics) are first rate. Always willing to accomodate when I need help.

Such nice people! They helped me when I lost the jam nut for my stem with a replacement. Then, after a rainy 5 Boro Bike Ride, they took my bike, boxed it and shipped it out. Incredible service and really nice people.

Justine is great! Matt the manager is also great. Amazing service, honesty integrity amazing selection
Great pricing. I went in to buy myself a real racing bike and recleved such a good value I bought another bike for my son. Because of large inventory they can provide great selection and extraordinary value.
